Bold and refreshing, clean and crisp. Spearmint clears your palate and makes your summer.
One of the most common garden herbs, mint is pretty much everywhere. Sometimes it is called a weed, because once planted it grows everywhere. That’s good news- because it means there is lots to use as cocktail garnishes.
Spearmint Liqueur
We decided to call this flavor Spearmint, instead of just plain mint, because of the ingredients we use.
Real, grown-in-the-earth plants are used to make liquor, so this isn’t a generic mint but rather actual spearmint. And you’ll know it, too, because the front palate flavor is mild with a strong finish, just like spearmint.
The spearmint is grown outside of Bellingham WA USA and harvested each year from early April until late October.
It makes an easy mojito or mint julep. Keep in mind though that little goes a long way. The mint is quite potent.
