CHOCOLATE

Guatemalan cacao nibs combine with cinnamon, vanilla bean and ancho chili to form a Mexican chocolate flavor. The chocolate is light and sippable. It is finished with agave nectar to about 10% sugar.

Recipes:

Jalisco

1 3/4 oz anejo tequila

3/4 broVo Jammy Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz broVo Craft Strength Chocolate Liqueur

8 drops Bittermans Xocolatl Mole Bitters

 

Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Margarita:

1.5 oz anejo tequila
3/4 oz broVo Chocolate1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz orange juice
1/4 oz simple syrup

Shake over ice and serve up or on rocks.

Thin Mint

1 oz broVo Spearmint
1 oz broVo Chocolate

Shake over ice and serve n rocks.
