AMARO NO 01 BY JOHN UEDING

The Bon Marche

1 ½ oz Barrel Aged Big Gin

¾ oz broVo Amaro No 1

¾ oz Lillet Blanc

2 dashes peach bitters

Stir and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel

 

The Mile High Special

1 oz Appleton’s Estate VX Rum

1 oz broVo Amaro No 1

½ oz Clement Creole Shrub

1 oz fresh pineapple juice

½ oz fresh lime juice

Shake with ice until cold. Pour into an ice-filled hurricane glass. Float a little more amaro on top and garnish with orange wheel

AMARO NO 04 BY PATRICK HAIGHT

Brooklyn

1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

1/2 oz broVo Amaro No 4- Patrick Haight

½ oz Carpano Antico Vermouth

 

Test Flight No 2

1 ½ oz Uncle Val’s Gin

½ oz broVo Amaro No 4

½ oz Cointreau

½ oz Avion

½ oz lemon juice

Shake with ice and serve in a Collins glass with a splash of soda.

 

Paper Plane… On Fire

¾ oz Bourbon

¾ oz broVo Amaro No 4

¾ oz Amaro Nonino

¾ lemon juice

Mix, shake and strain into glass.

 

Shore Leave

1 ¼ oz Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

¾ oz broVo Amaro No 4

1 oz raspberry sour

Splash of orange juice

1 tsp imperial stout reduction

Serve straight up with a twist of orange

 

MEXICAN CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR

Jalisco

1 3/4 oz anejo tequila

3/4 Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz broVo Craft Strength Chocolate Liqueur

8 drops Bittermans Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

DOUGLAS FIR LIQUEUR

 

Defrocked Manhattan

2 oz rye whiskey

1 oz broVo Douglas Fir

Stir over ice and strain. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 The Heartbreaker

1 ½ oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon

1 ½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

Sprig of Douglas Fir stabbed into a maraschino cherry

Shake all ingredients with ice

Strain into a chilly martini glass

Accompany with chocolate

1 ½ oz Bourbon

¾ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino

2 dashes orange bitters

Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with an orange twist.

1 ½ oz Bushmills

½ oz lime juice

1 oz white whiskey

1 oz Suze Gentiane Apertif

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain to a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel after expressing the oils over the drink.

Stirred cold and strained into a flute, then topped with sparkling wine and a lemon twist

1 oz Hendricks Gin

3 slices muddled cucumber

Fill with soda

Garnish with lemon twist and sprig of evergreen

The Last Wood

½ oz Voyageur Gin

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz Luxardo Maraschino

½ oz Green Chartreuse

Shake over ice and strain.

1 ½ oz Big Gin

Muddled Cucumber

Lime Squeeze

¼ oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain. Serve up in a martini glass and garnish with rosemary

 

Evergreen Fizz

1 ½ oz Tanqueray Gin

½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

Splash sour

2/3 fill with cranberry juice

1/3 fill with sparkling wine

Lemon Licorice

1 oz Voyageur Gin

1 oz broVo Douglas Fir

¼ oz Pacifique Absinthe

Juice of ½ lemon

Simple syrup

Shake and serve with a lemon twist

Peppermint Tree

1 oz Gin

½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

½ oz peppermint schnapps

Shake with ice, strain and serve

Washington Pride

1 ½ oz Voyageur Gin

¾ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¾ oz Cocchi Americano

¾ oz Small Hands Food Gum Syrup

1/4oz lemon juice

Serve in a wine glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

 Cucumber Encore

2 oz Big Gin

¾ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¾ oz St Germaine

4 cucumber slices & 2 lime wedges, a splash of equal parts lemon lime soda and soda water.

Muddle limes, 3 cucumbers, liquor and ice. Finish with lemon lime soda and soda water. Garnish with cucumber slices and serve

Douglas Fir Fizz

1 oz Dry Fly Gin

1 oz broVo Douglas Fir

4 oz Ginger ale

3 cucumber slices

Mix both gin, broVo, and cucumbers with ice and shake. Strain into a pint glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with cucumber slices.

Muddle Rosemary and lemon

1 oz Hendricks Gin

¾ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¼ oz broVo  Ginger

Dash of simple syrup

Shake with ice and serve on the rocks with a splash of soda.

 

Christmas at the In-Laws

1 ½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

Bubbles

Absinthe

Mist glass heavily with absinthe. Add broVo +DF and fill to the brim with bubbles.

 

Quintessential Cucumber Cocktail

1 ½ oz cucumber infused vodka

½ oz Lillet Blanc

½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

½ oz fresh lime juice

¼ oz simple syrup

1 dash Tabasco

Combine with ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 thin slices of seedless cucumber.

Santa’s Whiskers

1 ½ oz vodka

¼ oz broVo Douglas Fir

1 tsp crushed candy cane

Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass.

Pining For You

2 ¼ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¾ vanilla infused vodka

½ oz Aperol

2 dashes plum bitters

½ tsp honey water dilution

Shake with ice, strain and serve garnished with a cherry.

 

Anything Fir Love

3 oz Dry Fly Vodka

1 ½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

Fresh lime

1 TBSP cranberry 5 spice simple syrup

Shake with ice and strain

 

Cucumber Fir

1 oz Vodka

½ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¾ oz Triple Sec

1 oz fresh chopped cucumber

2 lemon wedges

Shake with ice and strain into martini glass

Norwegian Wood

1 oz Luksusowa Polish Vodka

3/4 oz broVo Rose Geranium

¼ oz broVo Douglas Fir

¼ oz simple syrup

1 squeeze lime

Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with rose geranium

GINGER LIQUEUR

  Ginger Old Fashioned

1 ¼ oz Bourbon

¾ oz broVo  Ginger

Dash of bitters

1 ½ oz soda water

Muddle lemon wedge, lime wedge and sugar cube with a dash of bitters. Add Liquor and ice. Fill with soda water and garnish with lime twist.

 

Miller’s Crossing

1 ½ oz whiskey

½ oz broVo Ginger

6 sprigs of mint & ½ fresh squeezed lemon

2-3 dashes of bitters

Soda, 7 up mix

Muddle fresh mint and lemon juice in 12 oz glass. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and serve.

 

Ginger-Heimer

1 ¼ oz Rye

1 ¼ oz broVo Ginger

8 oz hot water

Seattle Sidecar

1 oz rye

1 oz brandy

½ oz broVo  Ginger

½ oz fresh lemon

½ oz triple sec

Shake and serve up with thin lemon wheel

 

The Honey Badger

1 ½ oz bourbon

1 oz broVo Ginger

Freshly muddled honey and lemons

Pear nectar

Shake over ice and serve up.

 

Washington Julep

1 oz Bourbon

1 oz broVo Ginger

4 sprigs of mint

1 lime wedge

Dash of simple syrup

Shake over ice and serve in a rocks glass.

 

Ginger Old Fashioned

1 ½ oz bourbon

1 oz broVo Ginger

½ oz simple syrup

2 orange slices & 2 maraschino cherries

Splash of soda water

Muddle oranges and cherries. Add ice, liquor and shake well. Strain over ice in a bucket glass. Add splash of soda water & maraschino cherry.

 

Ginger Manhattan

2 oz Rye

1 oz broVo Ginger

Splash of Maraschino cherry juice

Garnish with a cherry

Ginger Bell

Pre-heat Irish Coffee Glass

Then add:

1 oz Bourbon

½ oz broVo Ginger

1 oz Half & Half Cream

¼ oz Maple Syrup

Fill with hot water

 

Bourbon Ginger Slinger

1 ½ oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon

¾ oz broVo  Ginger

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz grapefruit juice

Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a bucket glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.

 

Appelation Wassail

½ oz broVo Ginger

1 oz Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine

1 Numi Rooibus Chai tea bag

1 oz Martinelli’s Apple Juice

Fill with hot water

1 cinnamon stick

Served in clear coffee mug

 

Jimmy Ginger

1 ½ oz Bourbon

½ oz broVo Ginger

2 oz Sierra Mist

½ oz Pepsi

Muddle with three limes. Serve on the rocks.

 

Ginger’s Whip

1 ½ oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka

¾ oz broVo Ginger

½ oz lemon juice

Top with ginger ale

 

Ginger Martini

1 ½ oz broVo Ginger

4 oz Tito’s Handmade vodka

 

The Vagrant Lover

1 oz House Made Coffee Liquor

½ oz broVo + Ginger

½ oz B&B Brandy

½ oz Vanilla Vodka

2 oz fresh squeezed lemonade

 

Gingered Pear

1 ½ broVo Ginger

1 ½ oz pear vodka

½ oz Amaretto

½ oz simple syrup

Cherry garnish

 

Ginger Peartini

1 oz Pear Vodka

½ oz broVo Ginger

Splash of bar lime

Splash of heavy cream

Shake with ice and strain. Serve in a chilled martini glass.

 

Gingerbread Martini

1 oz Vanilla Vodka

1 oz broVo Ginger

1 oz Brendan’s Irish Cream

Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass, top with vanilla infused whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Ginger Geisha

1 oz citron vodka

1 oz broVo Ginger

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz ginger simple syrup

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

 

Bloody Valentine

1 ½ oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka

1 oz broVo Ginger

½ oz Dewars Scotch

6 oz tomato juice

1 tsp each – celery salt, wasabi paste, and Worcestershire sauce

Shake with ice and serve

Garnish with lemon, lime, green olive and pickled ginger

Ginger Tea

Muddled Lime

1 ½ oz Wild Tea Vodka

1 oz broVo Ginger

Splash of St Germain

 

Ginger Peach Martini

1 oz broVo Ginger

½ oz peach schnapps

½ oz triple sec

¾ vodka

Muddle 1-2 lime wedges with ice in shaker, add ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass.

 

Ginger Orange Crush

1 oz mandarin orange vodka

¾ oz broVo  Ginger

Drizzle of simple syrup

Muddle with orange slice

Strain into a martini glass

Top with a splash of orange juice and garnish with an orange slice.

Ginger Appletini

¾ oz citrus vodka

¾ oz broVo Ginger

¼ oz lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

¾ oz Apple Pucker

Shake with ice and strain. Serve in a martini glass.

Hello Kitty

1 ½ oz Pear Vodka

½ oz broVo Ginger

Splash of St Germaine

Top with soda

Serve on the rocks with a lemon

Billy’s Ginger Berry Patio Cooler

1 oz raspberry vodka

¾ oz broVo Ginger

Drizzle of simple syrup

Muddle with lemon and orange slices and ice.

Pour into a pint glass and top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a lemon slice.

 

Ginger Lemon Drop

1 ½ oz broVo Ginger

1 oz Blueberry Vodka

1 oz Citrus Vodka

1 oz Vanilla Vodka

2 oz fresh lemon juice

1 tsp fresh ground ginger

1 tsp blueberry puree

Shake ingredients with ice & strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a slice of ginger & a skewer of blueberries.

 

Candied Ginger Apple

8 oz hot apple cider

½ oz broVo Ginger

1 ½ oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

½ oz vanilla vodka

Pour hot cider and all liquor into a sugar rimmed mug and top with a twist of lemon or apple peel.

 

Ginger Pear Mojito

1 oz pear vodka

¾ oz broVo Ginger

¼ oz peach schnapps

½ oz simple syrup

1 oz soda water

2 cucumber slices, 1 lime wedge

8 mint leaves

Muddle all ingredients together. Serve over ice.

Ginger Chocolate Martini

3 oz Vodka

½ oz broVo Ginger

1 oz Chocolate Sauce

Serve in a chocolate drizzled glass with candied ginger.

 

Ginger Truth

1 ½ oz white rum

¾ oz broVo Ginger

¾ oz Falernum

¼ oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram

Dash Angostura Bitters

 

Ginger Flip

1 ½ oz Bacardi Rum

½ oz broVo Ginger

1 oz house made fruit cocktail puree

Top with ginger egg foam. Serve in a martini glass.

 

Ginger Mint Mojito

1 oz Bacardi Rum

1 oz broVo Ginger

3 sprigs fresh mint

1 oz simple syrup

1 lime, quartered

1 cup ice

Crush mint, ice, simple syrup, and lime. Build Collins glass with crushed mint mixture, rum and broVo Ginger. Float soda water and a lime.

 

Rum and Ginger Smash

3 oz spiced rum

1 ½ oz broVo Ginger

Shake over ice and strain into chocolate rimmed martini glass

 

Ginger in the Mango

¾ oz lemon rum

1 oz broVo +G Ginger

½ oz lime juice

¼ oz simple syrup

½ mango puree

Soda water

1 oz Oola Gin

¼ oz Amaro Montenegro

½ oz lemon juice

Top with sparkling elderflower water

1 ½ oz Ransom Old Tom Gin

Dash Creole Bitters
