Authored by Sara Fisher as an ode to her childhood in Alaska, this is a non-traditional amaro. It starts with our rhubarb base, but then infuses into it dried apple, rose hips, marjoram, and nettles before finishing with a clove note. It is phenomenal with apple cider and makes an interesting Vesper when mixed with gin and vodka. Sara is a craft bartender in Seattle.
