LAVENDER

Our lavender is grown in the Bellingham area by small family farmers, then infused into our vodka base. We then re-distill the infusion, sweeten with agave nectar and proof. It’s about 10% sugar.

We use three varieties of lavender, so the liqueur is sophisticated and fresh. A little goes a long way.
